Day 7 focus – Learn something new

Why not dedicate some time in today’s 30mins to learning a new hula hoop trick?

I tried practising Amanda Lee (aka. @misshoopdidoo‘s) Twizzelator which you can view the tutorial for here.

Why would we want to do this?

Because it’s fun, it keeps the workout fresh and exciting and it challenges your body and brain in new and exciting ways!

Where to find some new tricks:

  • Hooping.org have an amazing database of hula hoop tutorials
  • Check out Deanne Love on the Hooplovers.tv YouTube channel
  • Explore the hoop tutorial hashtag over on Instagram. You’ll find over 2.5 thousand free lessons a minute in duration or under!
  • Still stuck for ideas? Send me a message or email and i’ll challenge you with something random.
