WHERE ARE WE?

The SpinJoy Hoop Dance Head Office is based in Sydney, Australia.
We endeavour to ship all items within 2-3 business days of your order being placed. If a longer delay is expected, a notification will be shown at the top of our website or you will be contacted via telephone or email. Shipping information via specific region is below.

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Option: Standard or Express Australian Post
How much: Shipping costs are calculated based on the number and weight of items in your shopping cart and calculated at the current Australia Post rates at the time of your purchase.
How long it will take: Standard shipping within Australia 1-3 business days after being shipped. Express post is next business day delivery to major metro and regional population centres.

SHIPPING WORLDWIDE

Shipping is available worldwide via Australia Post.
Parcels should arrive between 7 – 28 business days after being shipped.

Option: Standard International
How long will it take: 1- 4 weeks* after being shipped depending on destination
Tracking: available
Note: If you choose this option and your package goes missing, we can begin investigating via Australia Post tracking after 15 days.

Option: International Express 
How long will it take: 2-5 business days after being shipped
Tracking: available
Note: If you choose this option and your package goes missing, we can begin investigating via Australia Post tracking after 5 days.
Please note: Customers outside Australia may also be liable for any customs and import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements specific to the country of destination.

DELIVERY PROCESS

Hoop orders and shipped during business hours, Monday to Friday, not including public holidays.
If there is an expected delay in processing your order, you will be contacted via phone or email with details of estimated time of arrival and you will be given the option to cancel your order.
You will be sent confirmation of your order via email and provided with a tracking number which you can monitor via the Australia Post website.
Once your order has been shipped, it is in the care of the courier and / or postal service. We are not liable for any errors made by these services.

LOCAL PICK-UP

If you’d like to collect your hoop in person, select ‘local pick-up’ at checkout and a time can be arranged to collect from our home office address in Bexley, NSW, Australia.
