30 Day Returns Policy
Once you have received your product, you can return it to us within 30 days for a full refund, excluding postage.

What are the details?

Your item must be sent back to us within 30 days of you receiving it. The item must be returned in its original condition, in its original packaging. Unfortunately we can’t accept returns for hoops that been scuffed or damaged from use.

Postage

The cost of returning items back to us for refund is at the buyer’s expense.

Refund

Once your return has been verified based on the terms of the 30 day returns policy, you will receive notification via email on the status of your refund request and return payment will be arranged.

It’s broken!

Oh no! If your hoop is faulty or damaged, please contact info@spinjoy.com.au and we will send it to the hoop hospital. If your item was faulty and damaged within a reasonable period of time, we will repair and return to you. Otherwise, cost of repair for wear and tear will be calculated on a case by case basis.
